About the event
The Korea Electronics Show is held at COEX in Seoul and is organised with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It is the country's largest consumer electronics and components exhibition, covering components, displays, mobility, robotics, digital health and home appliances.
For a board supplier, that mix is the useful part: the people walking past the booth are building products that need a board inside them — not buying boards as a category.
What we showed
- Multilayer and HDI — 1–38 layers, 0.075 mm line and space, 0.1 mm laser vias.
- Metal core — aluminium and copper base laminates for LED and power designs.
- Ceramic — alumina, aluminium nitride and DCB for high-temperature and RF sections.
- Rigid-flex and flex — up to 12 layers, with PI, PET, FR-4 or stainless-steel stiffeners.
- PCBA — SMT, through-hole and mixed technology, with X-ray and functional test in the same plant.
