These terms apply to quotations, orders and deliveries of PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, component sourcing and box build from Hitech Circuits Co., Limited. A signed contract prevails where it differs, and the English text prevails over translations.
Quotations are based on the files you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Engineering review (DFM/DFA) may change price, tooling or lead time; we confirm the final scope before production. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, and changes after confirmation require written approval from both sides.
Prices are quoted in the stated currency and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated otherwise; payment terms are those on the quotation or invoice, and late payment may suspend production or shipment. Lead times run from the later of written confirmation and receipt of complete data or payment. Delivery follows the Incoterms in the quotation, where risk also passes.
Boards and assemblies are produced to the standards named in the confirmed quotation, for example IPC-6012B for bare boards and IPC-A-610 for assembly workmanship. Please inspect each delivery within 7 days and report visible defects in writing; claims are reviewed against the inspection records of the lot.
You keep all rights to your designs, files and trademarks; we keep all rights to our processes, tooling designs and know-how. We do not reverse engineer your product or use your files for another customer. Each side keeps the other’s technical and commercial information confidential and we are glad to sign your NDA before files are exchanged.
Warranty periods and remedies are those stated in the quotation or contract. Where a proven defect is caused by us, the primary remedy is rework, replacement or credit for the affected quantity. To the extent permitted by law neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Shenzhen unless the contract provides otherwise, after a good-faith attempt to settle. Questions: sales@hitechcircuits.com · +86-755-29630063.
