What to send for a fast quote
A complete data package is what makes a same-day review possible. Missing files are the usual reason a quotation waits.

Gerber set and stack-up
RS-274X Gerbers with the drill file, layer count, materials, copper weight and impedance requirements. This is the package the DFM review reads first.

BOM and pick-and-place
For assembly, add the BOM with manufacturer part numbers, the pick-and-place file, an assembly drawing and any test procedure you already use.

Quantity and target date
Prototype, pilot or production volume, the annual quantity if it is known, and the date the boards are needed in hand.

Questions before you send
What should I send for a PCB manufacturing quote?
Send the Gerber set (RS-274X) with the drill file, the stack-up and impedance requirements, the board quantity and the target date. If assembly is included, add the BOM with manufacturer part numbers, the pick-and-place file and an assembly drawing.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
A BOM quotation is issued within 24 hours of a complete data package. Prototypes run in 1–3 days and medium volume in 4–10 days, with stencils cut and delivered within four hours.
Can you sign an NDA before I share files?
Yes. A mutual NDA can cover drawings, the BOM and test specifications before any purchase order is placed, and the data package is shared once it is signed.
Can we visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. The Shenzhen and Meizhou plants are open to customer visits by appointment, and the line walk is arranged around the processes your boards would run on.
How is payment handled, and which Incoterms apply?
Payment is by bank transfer (T/T). Orders are quoted EXW Shenzhen, or DDP where a delivered price is preferred; the quotation states the term and the payment schedule.
Can I upload Gerber files through this form?
Not directly — the form takes a download link instead. Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or own-server URL and the engineering team will pull the package. It keeps large archives out of the message and avoids a failed upload.
Do you build prototypes as well as production volumes?
Yes. Prototypes, pilot builds and medium-volume production run on the same site in Shenzhen, so the first article and the production order are built in the same plant.
